Your initial telephone consultation is an opportunity for you to speak with me and see if I am the right fit for you. We will briefly discuss why you have referred yourself for counselling and you may want to think about any questions you may have about the process. If you do choose to work together, I will offer you guidance on how best to prepare for your first counselling session.
